Fine Foods is the workhorse of the waffle range and the mix that has been on FFS counters the longest. It is not fortified — that is what the Vitaplex B+ line is for — and it is priced and formulated for operators whose priority is a repeatable result at volume. The point of a commercial premix is that the twentieth waffle of the afternoon comes off the iron looking like the first, and this is the mix we point high-turnover sites at.
